Please note that although much care is taken to avoid cross contamination, this bread is made alongside products containing gluten so may not be suitable for those with very high gluten intolerance.

 

This delicious 100% gluten free loaf has a wonderful open crumb with a delicious golden crust. It works well as bread on day one but as no preservatives or additives are added we would advise you to toast it from day two when it should last for 5/6 days.

 

Ingredients; Gluten free bread flour, egg white(eggs), sugar, salt, olive oil, cider vinegar, water, yeast.

 

Made in a bakery that handles, milk, gluten, soya, nuts, eggs and sesame.
